Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable application solutions, evaluating technology architectures, and ensuring alignment with enterprise systems and infrastructure. The role requires strong expertise in application architecture, cloud solutions, and vendor technology evaluation, along with the ability to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive technology decisions.

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Onsite Role)

Important Note

• This role is open only to candidates currently based in the UAE or candidates who have prior work experience in the Middle East region.
• Candidates who previously worked onsite in the Middle East but are currently in India are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define scalable application architecture solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Analyze business domains and system requirements to develop effective technology solutions.
• Ensure architecture supports performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements.
• Evaluate and review technology solutions and vendor architectures.
• Participate in RFP reviews and vendor proposal assessments.
• Ask critical technical and architectural questions to ensure solution suitability.
• Assess technology fitment within the existing enterprise ecosystem.
• Work closely with infrastructure, network, and cloud teams to ensure system integration.
• Present architecture strategies and technical recommendations to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Ensure architecture aligns with enterprise standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Application Architecture and Solution Design
• Solid understanding of enterprise system architecture and scalability planning
• Good knowledge of network topology and infrastructure architecture
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms and cloud-based solutions
• Experience evaluating technology vendors and architecture proposals
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for C-level engagement

Preferred Skills

• Experience working on large enterprise or government technology projects
• Knowledge of modern cloud architecture and distributed systems
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks

Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience in IT architecture or enterprise application design
• Proven experience in technology evaluation and vendor architecture assessment
• Experience presenting architecture decisions to senior leadership
