Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Solar Project Site Engineer (Electrical), based in the Kutch district. The role involves overseeing the installation and commissioning of solar power systems, understanding and implementing solar PV and electrical systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and providing technical support on-site. The engineer will coordinate with project teams, supervise contractors, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards. Collaboration with stakeholders for efficient project execution and troubleshooting technical challenges are also key aspects of this role. Qualifications Experience and knowledge in the Solar Industry, Solar Power, and Solar Systems Proficiency in Solar project management Familiarity with project management processes and tools Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Good communication and team collaboration skills Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Prior experience in the solar energy sector is an advantage Understanding of local regulations related to solar installations is highly desirable
