We are seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing. A solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role involves requirement analysis, test case development, execution, defect management, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases.

We are seeking a Software Test Automation Engineer with strong expertise in both automation and manual testing. A solid understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). This role involves requirement analysis, test case development, execution, defect management, and documentation to ensure high-quality product releases.
What You Will Do
Requirement Gathering & Collaboration
- Understand project requirements, features, and functionalities thoroughly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather detailed scope and requirements.
- Participate in MRS and SRS reviews, providing constructive feedback.
- Break down requirements into well-defined use cases and test cases.
- Gather and validate relevant test data for effective testing.
- Apply best practices to define comprehensive test cases in Test Specifications.
- Lead test activities ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Develop detailed test cases covering positive, negative, and edge scenarios.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks from scratch or enhance existing ones
- Contribute to automated test execution and analyze test failures.
- Execute test cases during development and verification phases.
- Perform testing across applicable devices and OS versions.
- Define and execute integration and regression tests based on code changes.
- Investigate market-reported issues and provide precise information for resolution.
- Detect defects early and conduct thorough investigations.
- Log defects with clear, reproducible steps and detailed configurations.
- Re-test fixes and close issues with proper documentation.
- Perform root cause analysis and guide development teams on mitigation strategies.
- Develop and maintain test documentation including Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
- Document test results, defects, and observations.
- Maintain project-related Wiki pages for test topics.
- Generate detailed test reports for various configurations with each release cycle.
- 5+ years of experience in Software Testing.
- Strong experience in Automation Testing, defect logging, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of STLC, methodologies, test techniques, and levels.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology.
- Experience with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, ALM, TFS).
- Solid programming knowledge in C#
- Practical experience with Ranorex and FlaUI for UI automation
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English.
