Job Title: Software Quality Assurance

Location: Chennai-AMBIT ;Flexible to work in shifts, as required by business needs.

Experience: 5-7 Years

Experience & Qualifications

5–7 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance for IT services and support projects

Strong expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control concepts

Experience in planning and conducting internal quality audits and risk reviews

Ability to conduct process-related training and awareness sessions

Experience in facilitating process implementation across teams

Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively with resources at all organizational levels

Ability to work independently; work-from-office role based in Chennai

Proficient in MS Office tools, basic computing, and Excel

Key Responsibilities

Lead quality initiatives, certifications, and audit cycles

Facilitate process implementation and conduct training sessions

Perform process reviews and quality audits

Collect, analyze, and publish process metrics and insights

Identify and recommend process improvements

Conduct risk assessments and provide early warning reports

Required Skills

Strong understanding of Quality Assurance and Quality Control concepts

Good knowledge and hands-on experience with ITIL, ISO 9001, and CMMI.

Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels

Self-driven and capable of working independently

Proficient in MS Office tools, particularly Excel
