About The Role We are looking for a passionate Test Automation Engineer / SDET to join our Quality Engineering team. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to grow their expertise in building automation frameworks, writing high-quality test scripts, and working with modern CI/CD pipelines. You will collaborate closely with developers, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software products. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications. Participate in test planning, test case design, and execution of regression suites. Work with senior engineers to enhance automation frameworks and adopt best practices. Integrate test suites into CI/CD pipelines for faster release cycles. Collaborate with developers to ensure features are testable and meet acceptance criteria. Investigate test failures, debug automation issues, and assist in defect triage. Stay updated on the latest tools and practices in test automation. Required Skills & Experience 1?3 years of experience in Test Automation / QA Engineering / SDET roles. Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript). Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or Rest Assured. Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, Swagger, Rest Assured). Understanding of OOP concepts, Page Object Model (POM), and basic design patterns. Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps). Knowledge of version control (Git). Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail. Good communication and collaboration skills. Linux/Unix environments (commands, scripting, log analysis, environment setup). database skills ? SQL queries, schema validation, data integrity checks. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to Agentic AI or AI-assisted test automation tools (self-healing tests, NLP-based test generation). Experience with performance or load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Internship or project experience in automation frameworks. Why Join Us?
