About The Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic MERN Stack Developer (Fresher) to join our growing development team. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or entry-level developer to gain hands-on experience in building web applications using the MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN) technology stack. You will work alongside experienced developers and contribute to real-world projects in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the development of responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using the MERN stack. Build and maintain front-end components using React.js and ensure a smooth user experience. Develop server-side logic and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js. Interact with MongoDB to design, query, and manage application databases. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and senior developers to understand requirements and deliver features. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and team meetings to improve code quality and learn best practices. Debug, test, and maintain applications to ensure optimal performance. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in full-stack development. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Basic knowledge or academic experience with React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB. Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON. Understanding of Git and version control systems. Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
