Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the team to design and implement ETL processes for extracting, transforming, and loading data from multiple sources.
• Drive development and testing of GenAI/LLM features, including experimentation, proof of concept (POC), and production readiness.
• Own backend service delivery by designing and implementing REST APIs using Python frameworks.
• Ensure reliability and performance by optimizing data workflows, validating data integrity/quality, and tuning for efficiency.
• Manage engineering execution end-to-end, including team delivery practices, technical documentation, and continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 3 - 5 years managing software engineering teams.
• ETL development and pipeline engineering for data extraction, transformation, and loading.
• Python-based software development with strong backend engineering fundamentals.
• Containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes for production deployments.
• REST API development and integration experience, including API design and testing.

Good to Have:

• Infrastructure architecture experience for designing scalable, maintainable platform components.

Education: Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
