We are seeking a high-caliber Software Engineering Lead to spearhead our technical initiatives and drive the evolution of our core platforms. With over 14 years of professional experience, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technical architecture, mentoring a high-performing engineering team, and delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions.

As a Lead, you will balance deep technical execution in the C#/.NET/React/AWS ecosystem with strategic leadership, ensuring our engineering standards remain world-class while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Architect and oversee the development of robust, scalable, and high-performance full-stack applications using .NET, C#, and React.js.
• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of software engineers. Conduct regular code reviews, provide technical guidance, and manage performance and career development.
• Cloud Strategy: Design and implement cloud-native architectures on AWS, focusing on scalability, security, and cost-optimization.
• Strategic Delivery: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define technical roadmaps, manage sprint cycles, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
• Operational Excellence: Drive DevOps best practices, including CI/CD automation, monitoring, and automated testing to ensure 99.9% system availability.
• Hands-on Engineering: Remain close to the code, tackling the most complex technical challenges and setting the standard for clean, maintainable, and efficient programming.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 14+ years of experience in software development, with at least 4+ years in a formal leadership or managerial capacity.
• Backend Expertise: Expert-level proficiency in .NET (Core/5/6+) and C#, with a deep understanding of microservices architecture, Web APIs, and asynchronous programming.
• Frontend Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with React.js, including state management (Redux/Context API), hooks, and modern frontend build tools.
• AWS Mastery: Proven track record of deploying and managing production workloads on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and CloudWatch).
• Database Design: Proficiency in both SQL (SQL Server/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases, focusing on performance tuning and data modeling.
• Leadership Qualities: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language and vice-versa.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
