SMARTANK Business Solutions is hiring an experienced PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) Platform Developer for one of our esteemed clients.

✅ Design, develop, and maintain applications on the PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH) platform.

✅ Configure and implement Next-Best-Action (NBA) strategies and customer engagement solutions.

✅ Develop decision strategies, engagement policies, and business rules.

✅ Integrate PEGA CDH with enterprise applications and APIs.

✅ Perform testing, deployment, production support, and performance optimization.

✅ Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver innovative customer decisioning solutions.

• Hands-on experience with PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH)
• Next-Best-Action (NBA) & Decision Strategies
• PEGA Infinity Platform
• REST/SOAP API Integration
• Business Rules & Case Management
• SQL & Database Knowledge
• Agile/Scrum Methodology

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
• PEGA CSA, CSSA, or LSA Certification (Preferred)
