Job Description
Company:IT Services Organization Key Skills: Salesforce, Apex Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC. Customize Salesforce solutions to meet evolving business requirements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices, security models, and coding standards. Develop and maintain integrations using Salesforce REST/SOAP APIs and third-party applications. Utilize Salesforce DX for source-driven development, CI/CD, and version control. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and provide mentorship to junior developers. Stay current with the latest Salesforce releases and innovations to continuously enhance solution performance. Skills Required: Strong expertise in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, LWC). Experience with Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing). Solid understanding of Salesforce APIs, integrations, and security models. Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
