Job Title: Software Engineer (Fresher) Seeking a highly motivated and talented Entry Level Full Stack MERN Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development and maintenance of our product platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a quick learner and hard worker who is ready to take on full ownership across the software development lifecycle. Freshers and early professionals up to 1 year of industry exposure are encourage to apply. What You'll Be Doing: Core Responsibilities Design and Development: Architect and build robust software systems using sound engineering principles using ReactJS, NextJS, MongoDB and NodeJS contributing to the overall system design and maintenance. Coding & Modification: Write, modify, and debug code to implement new features, fix errors, enhance performance, and upgrade user interfaces. Full Ownership: Take ownership of Development, Performance/Security Testing, DevOps/SecOps, and Automation activities. Testing & Validation: Direct system testing, performance testing, and validation procedures to ensure high quality. Collaboration: Consult with teams, customers, and engineering staff on project status, technical issues, feature proposals, and system specifications. Documentation: Prepare programming project reports and maintain comprehensive development documentation. What You'll Need: Required Skills & Exposure Technical Stack: Strong foundations and hands on exposure to Web application development and deployment using the following technologies: MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) Next.js CSS and HTML5, Nginx servers Programming Fundamentals: Good knowledge of programming languages like JavaScript (ES4+), TypeScript, and Python/Java. Project Experience: Must have developed and worked on interesting professional or academic projects using the specified technologies. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Academic Qualification A Masters or Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT (B.Tech/M.Tech, BCA/MCA, B.Sc/M.Sc, MBA (IT), etc.) is required. Must have scored 60% or above in current qualification.
