Responsibilities

Conduct manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality meets specifications
Develop, maintain, and execute manual test cases and test plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user stories
Design and implement automated test scripts for regression, integration, and performance testing
Identify, document, and track software defects, providing detailed and actionable reports to development teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings
Work closely with developers to facilitate timely resolution of issues and ensure high-quality releases.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in testing methodologies and tools
Contribute to the improvement and optimization of testing processes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2-4+ years of experience in quality assurance, with proficiency in both manual and automated testing
Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG)
Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in creating and executing manual test cases
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment
