Your responsibilities will include: Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python for diverse workflows and integrations across our tools space. Administer Jira, Confluence and in house tools, including customizations, complex automations. Monitor and develop scripts to Optimize public cloud spend Developing tooling to enable self-service capabilities Migrating Legacy Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions. Enable New AI tools and develop automations to monitor and governance. Who You?ll Work With This is an individual contributor role. You will collaborate with project team members and architects, and report to the Senior Engineering Manager. What Makes You a Qualified Candidate Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or equivalent stream 2+ years of experience in administering tools, developing automations with python and developing self service platforms. Experience working in a product development organization Strong skills in public cloud resource monitoring and resource management automation Hands on with AI agent development, AI tools maintenance Hands on working on GitHub Actions Ability to meet aggressive timelines and support time-critical customer issues Creative problem-solving skills to simplify day-to-day functions using technology Excellent verbal and written communication skills What You?ll Bring Strong Python development and automation skills, Hands-on experience with automation on AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud for infrastructure creation, monitoring and alerting for cost optimization. Deep understanding of cloud (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) infrastructure monitoring, usage billing, Hands on with AI-as-a-Service and generative AI tools Strong debugging skills for efficient customer issue resolution Experience with microservices and UI development using FastAPI and Angular Experience in developing pipelines using GitHub Actions Why We Think You?ll Love Teradata We prioritize a people-first culture because we know our people are at the very heart of our success.
