Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Design & Development

Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications
Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and external systems
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following industry best practices

Engineering Excellence

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance optimization
Ensure adherence to coding standards, code quality, and version control practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement

Agile Delivery

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Architecture, QA, and DevOps
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives)
Track and update development progress and deliverables

Quality & Support

Continuous Improvement

Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and process improvements
Stay updated with emerging technologies and propose improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
3–7 years of experience in software development
Strong programming skills in one or more languages: Java, .NET, Node.js
Experience with frontend technologies such as React or Angular (preferred)
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design principles
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture, and integrations
Experience with Git or similar version control systems
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC practices
Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
