Company:A Large Global Organization Key Skills: GxP compliance, Security, CMT, LabVantage, LabVantage SDMS handler, LIMS (Laboratory Information Mangement System), Validation docs, SOPs, GitHub, design specs Roles and Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain LIMS applications to optimize laboratory operations and workflows. Ensure full GxP compliance, laboratory security standards, and adherence to organizational IT policies. Collaborate with laboratory, QA, and IT teams to gather requirements and create scalable software solutions. Design and implement LabVantage SDMS handler functionality, including system and data integrations. Conduct testing and validation of laboratory systems to guarantee reliability, accuracy, and compliance. Prepare and maintain documentation including software design specifications, SOPs, and validation documents. Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain secure version control using GitHub. Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures (CAPA). Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating new technologies and enhancing existing workflows. Skills Required: Strong understanding of laboratory domain workflows and regulatory requirements Hands-on experience with LabVantage LIMS and SDMS modules Knowledge of GxP and security-compliant software development Ability to write, review, and execute validation documentation & SOPs Experience using GitHub for version control and collaboration Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical and laboratory teams Education: Any Graduation / Any Post-Graduation
