Job Description

What's the role?

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

Design, develop, and review application or system components.
Perform unit and integration testing, and analyse test results.
Investigate and resolve software and system defects through root cause analysis.
Maintain coding processes that support continuous integration.
Support configuration management activities and maintain software libraries.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and provide technical feedback.
Act as a liaison between development teams and user communities during software acceptance processes.

Who are you?

A BE/ME/MCA degree in Computer Science or equivalent from a recognised institution.
4+ years of hands-on application development experience.
Proficiency in Java (1.8 or above) or Scala, and experience with large-scale Java EE applications.
Strong knowledge of AWS or other cloud platforms.
Exposure to MySQL, Microservices, and REST services.
Familiarity with Spring Framework, unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito), and Agile development processes.
Strong SQL skills and experience with configuration management tools (Git, GitLab).
Excellent communication skills in English.
