✅ Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience

• Strong hands-on experience with Java (or another modern object-oriented language)

• Strong understanding of Algorithms, Data Structures, and Design Patterns

• Experience building Distributed Systems

• Experience with Cloud-Native Architectures

• Hands-on experience with:

- Microservices
- Serverless
- Event-Driven Architecture

• Docker & Kubernetes

• CI/CD pipelines

• Performance optimization and production troubleshooting

• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives

• Strong understanding of Enterprise Application Architecture

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools within software engineering workflows

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
