About the Position: At Monkhub Innovations we are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer with strong expertise in both manual and automation testing, who can lead quality initiatives and guide the QA team. The ideal candidate will take ownership of end-to-end testing processes, mentor junior testers, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality product delivery Key Responsibilites: Lead QA activities across projects, ensuring adherence to testing standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks. Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks for web, mobile, and API test coverage. Create, review, and execute test plans, test cases, and automated scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing. Perform manual testing to validate new features, identify gaps, and ensure product stability. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA team members to define acceptance criteria and improve product quality. Implement and monitor CI/CD pipelines for automated test execution and quality checks. Analyze test results, debug issues, and report defects with clear documentation and reproducible steps. Mentor junior QA team members, review their work, and provide guidance on best practices. Drive continuous improvement by evaluating new testing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Ensure product performance, reliability, and scalability through rigorous manual and automated testing practices. Required skills and Qualifications : 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with demonstrated ownership of QA processes. Strong programming/scripting skills in Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript . Hands-on experience with automation tools/frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, or PyTest . Strong understanding of API testing (Postman, RestAssured, Karate, etc.). Deep knowledge of manual testing concepts: test planning, regression, bug lifecycle, UAT, smoke testing, exploratory testing . Experience working with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.). Proficiency in Git and version control best practices. Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and team collaboration. Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Ability to lead, mentor, and coordinate tasks within a QA team.
