Job Responsibilities Design and develop secure, high-quality production code. Review and debug code written by others. Identify and automate remediation of recurring issues to enhance operational stability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute creative software solutions and troubleshoot complex technical problems. Own projects and drive them to closure with accountability. Contribute to communities of practice to promote awareness of new technologies. Foster a culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect within the team. Build self-directed investment products that empower customers to manage their investments effectively. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 9+ years applied experience Hands-on experience in system design, application development, and operational stability. Advanced knowledge on Spring boot framework. Proficient in Java (including version 17 features like Streams). Ability to identify and automate opportunities using relevant tools. Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Advanced knowledge of agile methodologies, CI/CD, application resiliency, and security. Demonstrated proficiency in technical disciplines such as cloud, AI, and machine learning. Practical experience with cloud-native applications.
