Your Team's Impact We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer III with strong expertise in C++ and basic Python to join our team. The ideal candidate will work on developing and maintaining scalable systems, contribute to CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with global teams in a Windows-based environment. What You?ll Do Maintain, enhance, and resolve issues in existing C++ and Python components. Design and develop new features, performance improvements, and refactor existing systems. Perform peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members on best coding and design practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment using Jira. Follow test-driven development and ensure high-quality, well-tested code delivery. Work on database-related development tasks involving SQL and PostgreSQL. Participate in setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions. Create and review technical documentation, test cases, and deployment procedures. Estimate effort for assigned tasks, track progress, and communicate effectively in daily standups and sprint reviews. Coordinate with global teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery of features across components. What We?re Looking For Required Skills Bachelor?s or Master?s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. 3?4 years of total experience in software development, with strong expertise in C++ and basic Python. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns. Proficiency with SQL and PostgreSQL databases. Hands-on experience working in Windows environments. Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitHub Actions). Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a distributed team setup. Self-driven and organized, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced Agile environment. Desired Skills Experience integrating C++ components with Python. Familiarity with scripting or automation in Windows (PowerShell, batch scripts, etc.).
