Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account. Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure. Software Development Perform technical aspects of software development for assigned applications including design, developing prototypes, coding assignments and working with API specs and automation Work with agile team by contributing to software builds through consistent development practices (tools, common components, and documentation) Delivers solutions to businesses worldwide Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation Leads the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments. Identifying opportunities for adopting new technologies Minimum Qualifications 1-3 years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as: ? Prior Experience of Implementing HCM Fusion Core Module ? Prior experience of HCM fusion Quarterly Patches impact analysis & validation ?Prior Experience of Multi Region / Country Oracle HCM Configuration & Administration ? Prior experience of developing Oracle Journey, email notification using Alert Composer / BIP, approval workflow. Prior experience of developing solution using Document of Record. ? Prior experience in customization (DFF and EFF), customization of reports, defining concurrent programs, defining value sets, defining form functions and functional setups. ? Prior experience of conducting CRP (Conf room pilot) and fit gap analysis. ? Prior experience of working with Oracle SR process for issue resolution & escalation ? Familiar with Agile & Waterfall methodology. Preferred Qualifications ???? Prior knowledge of VBS , Redwood, ORC, Talent, Learn, Compensation will advantage. ? ??????
