Process Overview*

Employee experience technology, designs and delivers modern technology solutions for all teammates globally to interact, perform in their roles and service critical staff support organizations including Chief Administrative Office, Global Strategy & Enterprise Platforms, Global Human Resources, Corporate Audit & Credit Review, Audit, and Legal.

Audit & Legal Technology is responsible for the management and delivery of technology for the bank’s enterprise control functions. We also manage GT&O’s business operations, business process and controls, workforce management, Simplify & Improve (SIM) governance, and initiative and master planning processes.

Job Description*.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer who can take an active role in delivering the technology strategy for Audit portfolio. The candidate should have a strong technology background who is proficient at designing and developing large scale enterprise systems. They should also possess excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. The candidate will act as the primary interface with business partners, solution architects, and cross-organizational technology teams

Responsibilities*

Key responsibilities include:

• Work with development teams within bank as well as vendor resources and drive deliverables towards project objectives.
• Ability to navigate bank’s processes and help resolve project impediments or development team.
• Ability to perform code quality on BitBucket checked-in code to ensure governance and coding standards compliance.
• Ability to Create and maintain system, functional and reference documentation.
• Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with team to identify and address problems.
• Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and make room for emergencies, as needed.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Coordinating and leading geographically spread teams.
• Work with other developers to achieve better solutions to key design problems.
• Demonstrate experience with design, development, research, problem solving and root cause analysis.

Requirements

Education*

• Any Graduation / Any Post Graduation
  
  

Experience Range*

• 6 to 8 years
  
  

Foundational skills*

• 6+ years of hands-on software development experience in Angular and Typescript development.
• Experience with large scale distributed enterprise platforms with focus on performance, scale, security, and reliability.
• Knowledge of REST APIs.
• Should have exposure to build Angular Libraries and Micro Front End.
• 4+ years industry experience or equivalent skills in developing applications and services in an Agile, Scrum and Lean environment.
• Strong knowledge of design patterns and best practices in web services, full stack system architecture and system integration
• Experience with orchestration technologies, GIT and continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery (CD) pipelines
  
  

Desired skills*

• Experience with Horizon tool set (Bit bucket /Jenkins/Ansible).
• Good understanding of object-oriented principals, system design and diagraming, data structures and algorithms
• Experience in full system implementation lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, implement and support)
