About The Job:

We’re looking for motivated engineers to join our team to support ongoing development, operational stability, and scalability of our Python-based microservices. This is an ideal opportunity to gain hands-on experience in modern GenAI and AI services.

Essential Job Functions:

Contribute to the development and maintenance of Python microservices powering GenAI and AI workflows.
Participate in the end-to-end release cycle including code integration, testing, and deployment.
Monitor and support production systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Assist in triaging and resolving technical issues, including debugging and root cause analysis.
Collaborate in capacity planning efforts to ensure services can scale reliably.
Work closely with stakeholders to ensure service quality and uptime.

Qualifications:

3-6 years of experience.
Proficiency in Python and experience with microservice architecture.
Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD workflows.
Understanding of observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, New Relic or similar).
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Exposure to GenAI or AI/ML infrastructure.
Experience in handling production systems and on-call rotations.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS or Azure).
