Job Description

Job Title: Tandem Engineer Location: Pune/Gurgaon Required Travel: Minimal Responsibilities - Design, develop, modify, debug, and maintain software code based on functional and technical specifications. Adhere to Client's engineering standards and development methodologies to ensure scalable and maintainable code. Investigate and resolve issues by reviewing/debugging code and implementing fixes or workarounds. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in peer code reviews to enhance product quality. Take technical ownership of your work and support solution design for new requirements. Drive innovation and continuous improvement in all assigned tasks. Required Skills Bachelor?s degree in science, IT, Computer Science, or equivalent. 3?6 years of hands-on experience with Tandem technologies including: COBOL, Netbatch, Pathway, ENFORM, SCOBOL, TACL, TAL, SQL, FUP Experience in maintenance, support, and development of Tandem applications. Willingness to work in shifts (1 PM?10 PM or 3 PM?12 AM, with flexibility as per business needs). Ability to provide production support and resolve job abends for customer applications.
