Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Duties and Responsibilities include and are not limited to the following: Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using Java (preferably Java 8+). Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality software. Optimize application performance and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback. Troubleshoot and debug production issues. Contribute to architectural decisions and technology evaluations. Technical Requirements: Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data). Proficiency in RESTful API design and development. Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (e.g., Hibernate). Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or similar. Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus). Experience/exposure with AI technologies & tools usage Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor?s or master?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development using Java,Python. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS). Familiarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack). Knowledge of security best practices in backend development. Why apply?
