Overview of the Role

As a Celigo Integration Specialist at HCLTech, you will play a vital role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust integration solutions that connect enterprise applications across cloud and on-premise environments. Your expertise will ensure seamless business processes, enhance data flows, and contribute directly to operational efficiency and digital innovation. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and use best-in-class tools and methodologies to deliver scalable integration solutions that support the company’s commitment to technological excellence and client satisfaction.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain integration processes between applications using the Celigo platform, supporting both cloud and on-premise environments.
• Manage, monitor, sustain, troubleshoot, and support existing EDI integrations, SOA architecture, and the Celigo platform.
• Develop and maintain service-oriented and discoverable web services and APIs to facilitate seamless data exchange across systems.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to define and gather integration requirements.
• Automate EDI transactions for sending purchase orders (850), receiving invoices (810), and managing inventory updates (846) between trading partners and the ERP system.
• Automate EDI transactions such as purchase orders (850), invoices (810), and advance ship notices (856) between retailers or suppliers and ERP systems.
• Integrate with 3PL partners by syncing key documents, including warehouse shipping orders (940), shipping notifications (856), and inventory updates (945), with the ERP.
• Apply integration best practices, leveraging common patterns such as batch processing, real-time synchronization, event-driven architectures, request/response, and ETL methodologies.
• Implement error handling, retry mechanisms, logging, and monitoring to ensure reliable and robust integration solutions.
• Support the lifecycle management and continuous improvement of integration solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology standards.

Skill Requirements

Mandatory Technical Skills:

• Expertise with Celigo integration platform, including hands-on experience in implementation and support.
• Strong knowledge of API development and microservices architecture.
• Experience with drop ship or marketplace integration.
• Solid understanding of EDI standards and processes, particularly for transactions such as 850, 810, 846, 856, 940, and 945.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence toolsets for data visualization and analytics.

Educational Background & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in integration development, preferably with Celigo and EDI.
• Proven track record of delivering robust integration solutions in large-scale or enterprise environments.

Other Requirements (Optional)

• Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with version control systems like Git for code management and collaboration.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts, especially as they pertain to integration platforms and automation (e.g., AI-driven error resolution, code generation).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a global team.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
