Software Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

What BlackScore does

We build AI-native intelligence platforms for law enforcement and national security agencies across 30+ countries. Our systems fuse OSINT, SIGINT, financial records, dark web data, and video intelligence into actionable decisions at national scale. We compete against companies 100x our size and win because our tools work in reality, not demos.

You won't be building another e-commerce checkout flow. You'll be working on systems where the quality of your code has real-world consequences.

What you'll do

Build and ship real features from day one — no sandbox projects, no 3-month onboarding programs. Own your work end-to-end from design to deployment. Work with a modern stack including TypeScript, Go, Python, graph databases, real-time analytics, and AI APIs. Learn fast by doing, not by watching.

What we're looking for

You graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Computer Science or a related field. You can code — language matters less than how you think. You've built something outside of class and can show us. You use AI tools as a natural extension of how you work, not as a crutch you're embarrassed about. You communicate clearly in writing. You're genuinely curious and don't need hand-holding to figure things out.

We care far less about your GPA than about what you've shipped.
