Software Engineer - Backend

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement on-prem and cloud-based systems for scalability and security.
• Build and maintain high-availability backend services and reusable frameworks.
• Develop and optimize data platform solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in agile sprints.
• Continuously monitor and enhance system performance.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving skills, and experience with peer code reviews to maintain code quality.
• Experience in designing, building, and running microservices in a polyglot environment, leveraging technologies such as TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and FastAPI.
• Proficiency in working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS.
