About the Role

We are looking for curious, self-driven engineers who enjoy building products end-to-end and solving real problems.

If you love learning new technologies, building full-stack applications, and thinking beyond simple task execution, this role is for you.

This is an in-office position in Indore, where we are building a strong core engineering team that collaborates closely, learns together, and ships impactful products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Development

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript or TypeScript technologies.

Write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best engineering practices.

Build reusable components, APIs, and modules that improve development efficiency.

Participate in the complete software development lifecycle from planning to deployment.

2. System Thinking

Understand product requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Make thoughtful decisions about technology stacks, architecture, and system design.

Identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.

3. Code Quality & Refactoring

Continuously improve existing codebases through refactoring and optimization.

Write readable, well-structured, and documented code.

Ensure proper testing, debugging, and issue resolution.

4. Collaboration

Work closely with designers, product teams, and other engineers to build high-quality features.

Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.

Communicate clearly about ideas, improvements, and technical challenges.

5. AI-Assisted Engineering

Use modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Cursor, Claude, or similar tools to improve productivity and problem-solving.

Leverage AI tools to enhance thinking and engineering workflows, not just for copying code.

6. Ownership & Problem Solving

Take ownership of features and tasks from concept to deployment.

Proactively identify improvements in the codebase, architecture, or development workflow.

Think beyond tickets and contribute to product quality and engineering excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications

We are not focused on degrees or years of experience. Instead, we care about your engineering mindset and ability to build.

Must-Have Skills

Strong understanding of JavaScript or TypeScript

Experience building full-stack projects

Knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js, or similar)

Understanding of backend development concepts

Familiarity with REST APIs and database integration

Experience using Git and version control

Ability to explain why you chose a specific technology or architecture

Nice to Have

Experience with Node.js or backend frameworks

Knowledge of system design basics

Understanding of performance optimization

Experience deploying applications on cloud platforms

Familiarity with DevOps basics or CI/CD pipelines
