Our services arm powers end-to-end AI engineering for global clients?mainly US-based startups and enterprises. What You?ll Do Build scalable backend systems and APIs from scratch using FastAPI and Python Architect and implement distributed systems with a focus on scalability and performance Write clean, modular, production-grade code with async programming patterns Develop and deploy applications on AWS (Lambda, S3, DynamoDB) with Docker container workflows Own end-to-end delivery of projects from design to production deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a globally distributed setup Take initiative, self-lead, and thrive in high-stress, fast-paced environments Contribute to both client projects (80%) and internal healthcare product development (20%) ? Required Technical Skills Programming: Advanced Python development skills (clean, scalable code) Backend Development: Strong FastAPI development with async programming expertise Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (S3, DynamoDB, Lambda) for production deployments Containerization: Docker for development and deployment workflows System Design: Ability to architect and scale distributed systems Databases: Strong experience with scalable data solutions Version Control: Git and GitHub workflows for collaborative development ? Good-to-Have Technical Skills Prior hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini) Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures and vector databases Familiarity with MLOps or LLMOps best practices ?? Required Qualifications Minimum 18 months of industry experience in backend/AI engineering Proven track record of owning and delivering end-to-end projects Strong system design and architecture thinking (?think in code? mentality) Self-starter with strong ownership of technical decisions Ability to thrive in high-stress, fast-paced client project environments Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills Strong communication skills for remote client and team collaboration Proactive learner with a passion for emerging AI/ML technologies ?????
