About the Role

We are hiring strong frontend / backend / full-stack developers who are interested in moving into the ServiceNow ecosystem — one of the fastest-growing enterprise platforms globally.

You will be trained, certified, and onboarded into the ServiceNow tech stack while applying your existing engineering skills (JavaScript, API development, UI building, data modelling, integrations).

This is a role for engineers who want faster career growth, global exposure, and enterprise-level platform engineering experience.

What You’ll Do

• Build and customise ServiceNow applications using Javascript-based scripting
• Develop workflows, business rules, UI actions, and automation logic
• Work on integrations using REST, SOAP, MID-server, and other APIs
• Configure platform modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SecOps, etc.
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and technical discussions
• Work with cross-functional teams from product, delivery, and architecture
• Follow coding standards, quality guidelines, and platform best practices
• Continuously upskill on ServiceNow modules and certifications

Who Should Apply

Frontend Developers

• React, Angular, Vue, or strong JavaScript experience
• UI/UX mindset
• Ability to build client-side components and forms

Backend Developers

• Java, Node.js, .NET, Python, or similar
• API creation & integration
• Data modelling, automation, server-side logic

Full-Stack Developers

• Mix of frontend + backend
• End-to-end feature ownership
• Can quickly learn platform engineering

Required Skills

✔ Strong JavaScript fundamentals

✔ Experience with REST/SOAP APIs

✔ Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL)

✔ Solid understanding of web applications & architecture

✔ Good problem-solving and debugging skills

✔ Willingness to learn ServiceNow & take certifications

Good to Have (Not mandatory)

• Experience in ITSM, ITIL, or enterprise systems
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Knowledge of scripting languages
• Understanding of workflows or automation
