Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle CX and Marketing Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and support Oracle?s suite of Customer Experience (CX) and Marketing applications, including Oracle Eloqua, Oracle Marketing Cloud, Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales, Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ), Oracle Subscription Management, and Oracle Partner Relationship Management (PRM). Responsibilities Strong functional knowledge of Oracle CX Cloud Suite (Sales, CPQ, Subscription, PRM). Proven experience with Oracle Eloqua and Oracle Marketing Cloud for marketing campaign management. Experience with Oracle Data Cloud and marketing data analytics. Understanding of customer lifecycle , B2B/B2C sales processes , and subscription business models . Ability to design and map business processes across sales and marketing systems. Proficiency in configuring workflows, campaigns, and integrations within Oracle platforms. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Oracle certifications in relevant CX or Marketing Cloud modules (preferred Desired Skills: Oracle Eloqua (Oracle Marketing) Oracle Marketing Cloud Campaign Management Oracle Subscription Management Oracle Partner Relationship Management Oracle Data Cloud Oracle CX (Customer Experience) Cloud Product Introduction/Launch Collaboration Oracle Fusion Cloud Sales Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience Oracle Sales Oracle Configure, Price, Quote
