This is a full-time remote role for a Software Engineer. The Software Engineer will design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions, focusing on back-end web development, programming, and software development. Responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, addressing technical challenges, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions, and ensuring the performance, scalability, and security of systems.

• Strong foundation in Computer Science principles and concepts
• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and implementing APIs
• Experience in Software Development and Programming methodologies
• Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and related principles
• Familiarity with cloud architectures, distributed systems, and database management
• Ability to write efficient, secure, and high-quality code
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Experience in AI/ML systems and knowledge of the customer support domain are a plus
