Software Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Implement Voice AI Agents using WebRTC, WebSocket’s voice streaming APIs, and low latency audio processing techniques.
• Build and integrate speech recognition (ASR), Speech-to-Text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems for dynamic, responsive interactions.
• Optimize AI pipelines for real-time performance and low latency in production environments.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, UX designers, and product teams to refine user interactions.
• Continuously improve the accuracy, speed, and user experience of the voice bot systems.

Required Skills

• Strong experience with Conversational AI frameworks (Rasa, Dialogflow, etc.).
• Proficiency in WebRTC and real-time audio/video communication.
• Experience with Voice Streaming APIs and handling audio buffers in real-time.
• Familiarity with NLP, ASR, STT and TTS technologies.
• Hands-on experience in Python, Node.js, or similar backend languages.
• Understanding of cloud-based AI services (e.g., Google Cloud Speech, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Lex/Polly).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6-10 Years of experience.
• Experience with end-to-end deployment of Voice AI bots in production.
• Knowledge of on-device voice processing and edge inference.
• Background in audio signal processing or machine learning.
• Exposure to multimodal AI (voice + vision + text).
