Software Development Lead Primary Skills On-Premise/Standalone, Cloudhub Deployment, CI/CD & DevOps, Deployment Architecture, Runtime Fabrics Secondary Skills ETL Fundamentals, Dell Boomi Specialization Mulesoft Devops/Deployment: Lead Engineer Job requirements Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Dell Boomi ETL Developer with 5?10 years of strong hands-on experience in ETL, integration design, development, and deployment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing scalable and secure ETL and integration solutions using Dell Boomi with hands on experience of SQL DB. Experience with other ETL tools like Talend is a strong plus. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities: Design and Build scalable and performant ETL workflows. Design, develop, and deploy integration processes using Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. Work with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Build and maintain integration processes connecting various systems such as ERPs, CRMs, databases, and cloud services. Optimize and monitor existing integration processes for performance and reliability. Handle exception handling, logging, and alerting frameworks within integration flows. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of integrations. Document integration designs, configurations, and standard operating procedures. Provide production support and root cause analysis for integration-related issues. ________________________________________ Required Skills: 5?10 years of experience in Dell Boomi integration/ETL workflow development. Hands-on experience with Boomi Atom/Molecule/Cloud Atom deployment models. Strong experience in designing and developing Boomi processes, connectors, and APIs. Deep understanding of integration patterns, web services (SOAP/REST), data transformation, and error handling. Strong skills in XML, XSLT, JSON, SQL, and scripting languages. Good understanding of data security and compliance requirements during data integration. Experience with Boomi Process Reporting, Environment Management, and API Management. Good Knowledge of SQL queries and Stored Procedures ________________________________________ Good to Have: Experience with other ETL tools such as Talend, Informatica, or Azure Data Factory. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience in CI/CD, version control (Git), and DevOps practices. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Jira/Confluence.
