Must have skills : 3D Designing Good to have skills : Maya Animation & Modeling, Unreal Engine Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your extensive knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that all aspects of software development are executed with precision and creativity. You will collaborate with team members to drive innovation and enhance the overall quality of the software solutions being developed. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance skill development. - Oversee project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 3D Designing. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Unreal Engine, Maya Animation & Modeling. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with various design software and tools relevant to 3D design. - Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in 3D Designing. - This position is based at our Mumbai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
