ROLE DESCRIPTION:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop scalable backend systems and APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, RESTful APIs.
• Build and maintain payment-related components and integrations in AWS.
• Implement secure, PCI-compliant solutions and ensure adherence to Delta’s standards and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, Develop and deliver high?quality technical solutions
• Support deployments and ensure adherence to Delta’s methodology, standards, and CI/CD practices.
• Troubleshoot and optimize application performance across front-end and back-end layers.
• Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing to maintain code quality and team alignment.
• Ensure technical solutions align with business goals and deliver high customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS):

Technical Competencies:

• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field.
• Experience: 2–4 years in full-stack development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and RESTful APIs.
• Working knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, API Gateway.
• Experience with Oracle/SQL and source control tools (Git).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
• Understanding of secure coding principles; exposure to PCI standards is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong communication skills and professionalism.
• Additionally, candidates must be a self-learner with the ability to pick up new technologies and provide tangible results.
• Finally, Candidate must be Reliable, produce quality work, take pride and ownership in their work with high level of professionalism, passion and a sense of urgency to make things happen
