Responsibilities: Have a solid understanding of the team?s domain. Collaborate with team members to optimize and improve existing software applications. Regularly give feedback and ask questions in code reviews. Perform root-cause analyses for software issues and identify effective solutions. Assist in the creation of user stories and estimation of work for project planning. Suggests design improvements demonstrating an understanding of architecture. Ensure software applications are scalable, reliable, and secure. Document software usage, implementation, architecture, design, and APIs. Consistently write broad unit and integration tests. Translate loosely defined requirements into functioning code. Any other reasonable activity required by management. Required Skills: Fundamental understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design. Solid programming skills in any modern language.
