Exploring the Role We are seeking a skilled Software Development Engineer II with strong experience in building scalable, high-performance services using .NET Core and C#. The role involves developing RESTful and GraphQL APIs, integrating with large-scale travel systems such as hotels, airlines, and OTAs, and working extensively on cloud-native solutions in AWS. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient backend services while contributing to architectural decisions and continuous improvement initiatives. How Your Day Will Look Like / Job Responsibilities: Backend development experience in .NET Core / C# - Develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs, enabling seamless integration with hotel, airline, and OTA systems. Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services (Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, IAM). Proficiency with SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra , Redis). Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and support microservices-based architectures. Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes to maintain code quality. Education & Work Experience Bachelor's degree in Technology (Preferably in Computer Science) Minimum of 3+ years of experience is required. Knowledge & Skills Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles. In-depth knowledge of .NET Core / C# for backend development. Familiarity with microservices architecture and distributed application design. Understanding of CI/CD practices, software testing methodologies, and code quality standards. Skills & Abilities Ability to develop RESTful and GraphQL APIs, enabling seamless integrations with hotel, airline, and OTA systems. Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services, including Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, and IAM. Proficiency in SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server) and NoSQL technologies (Cassandra, Redis). Skilled in participating in code reviews, writing unit/integration tests, and optimizing performance. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities within complex systems. Attitude: Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward challenges. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
