Mumbai Job Type : Full-time Experience Level : Mid-Level About the Role: We?re seeking a talented React + Next.js Frontend Developer to join our growing product team. The ideal candidate is passionate about crafting elegant, scalable, and high-performance web applications. You?ll work closely with our UI/UX, backend, and product teams to deliver world-class digital experiences using modern frontend technologies. This role offers the opportunity to shape the user experience of our core platforms while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: 1- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using React.js and Next.js frameworks. 2- Translate Figma or design mock-ups into responsive, pixel-perfect interfaces. 3- Manage application state effectively using Redux, Zustand, or Context API. 4- Implement SSR (Server-Side Rendering) and SSG (Static Site Generation) features with Next.js for performance and SEO optimization. 5- Integrate frontend components with RESTful and GraphQL APIs. 6- Optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability. 7- Conduct code reviews, write testable code, and ensure adherence to coding standards. 8- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to create seamless user experiences. 9- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in frontend development. Required Skills & Qualifications: 1- Bachelor?s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. 2- 2?5 years of hands-on experience in building web applications using React.js and Next.js. 3- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 4- Practical experience with TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, or Styled Components. 5- Understanding of Next.js features like routing, API routes, image optimization, and middleware. 6- Familiarity with frontend build tools such as Vite, Webpack, or Babel. 7- Version control experience using Git and Git-based workflows. 8- Excellent debugging and performance optimization skills.
