Your Role and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to design and develop backend services and APIs.
• Build, test, and maintain web services using frameworks like Django, .NET, and Spring Boot.
• Write efficient, maintainable, and scalable code in Python, .NET, and Java, PostgreSQL, SQL to handle large amounts of data and traffic.
• Design and optimize database schemas and queries for performance and scalability.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments using AWS services like ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
• Containerize applications using Docker and manage containers in orchestration platforms such as AWS ECS.
• Automate processes with Bash scripts and CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and monitoring.
• Ensure code quality and maintain best practices through regular code reviews, testing, and documentation.
• Stay current with industry trends, backend development best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our systems.
  
  

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong programming fundamentals and proficiency in Python, Java, or C#.
• Exposure to backend frameworks like Django, .NET Core, or Spring Boot.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Basic understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ability to write SQL queries.
• Knowledge of cloud computing concepts, with a focus on AWS services like EC2, ECS, RDS, and S3.
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration using Docker and AWS ECS.
• Basic experience in scripting languages like Bash for automating tasks.
• Problem-solving skills, an eagerness to learn, and a proactive attitude toward development challenges.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  
  

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Experience with message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka) and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Familiarity with security best practices for backend systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or DynamoDB.
• Exposure to DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
