Adobe Learning Manager stands at the forefront of the rapidly expanding eLearning market, serving diverse needs such as customer and partner education, sales enablement, and employee skill development. Our unified, scalable platform is transforming the learning experience worldwide with AI/ML-powered intuitive workflows. We seek innovative and passionate server-side developers with a keen interest and practical experience in designing and implementing low-latency, high- performance, user-centric SaaS applications Mandatory Requirement Experience in building & scaling low latency, highly concurrent, highly scalable, transactional web apps & SaaS, Java, Cloud (AWS preferred), in Depth experience in at least 1 RDBMS & 1 NoSQL DB Responsibilities: Own product solutions through their end to end development lifecycle ensuring high quality. Engage with customers and product management teams (co-located in Bangalore) to understand the need and design an innovative solution. Elaborating the feature scope through competition analysis, research on recent technologies and trends to deliver the best-in-class and often next-in- class solutions and iteratively work with customers to finesse the solution. Craft detailed use cases, design, code, test, and deploy stable, scalable, cost-effective, and simple solutions. Handle non-functional requirements like performance, memory leaks, security at the solution level. Keep abreast of industry trends and promote best practices evolution. Mentor junior developers to maximize team potential. Demonstrate thought leadership through domain and technology presentations, while integrating the latest tech trends into the product. Requirements: Bachelor?s degree in computer science/software engineering. 7-10 years of experience in developing & scaling customer-focused, highly scalable, high-performance, highly available, high concurrency SaaS services. In-depth expertise in Java, web app frameworks (Spring, Tomcat), AWS cloud, any RDBMS & NoSQL DB. Excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills. Passionate about solving interesting problems for customers ? ready to explore new grounds in technology and user experience. Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to lead a team while working autonomously. Demonstrated ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
