Job Description
As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing, developing, testing, and supporting cutting-edge Print & Scan technologies.
- Collaborating with product marketing to evaluate and define new features.
- Innovating and contributing to major software releases.
- Leading architectural discussions and driving future product enhancements.
- Acting as a mentor to junior engineers.
- Addressing broad architecture and design challenges to shape the future of our products.
- Print: PostScript, PDF, Graphics, Color, Font, Digital Security
- Scan: OCR, Compression, Digital Security
- Languages: C, C++
- Platforms: Windows, UNIX, Embedded (Intel/ARM/MIPS/PPC with VxWorks, MVL, NetBSD, etc.)
- Completed B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering from a reputable institute.
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on design & development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++, data structures, and algorithms.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented design, software lifecycle, and architecture.
- Experience developing applications across multiple platforms (Windows, Macintosh, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Strong communication and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced global environment.
