We are seeking a highly motivated Full Stack Developer with a strong foundation in JavaScript and Python, and hands-on experience integrating AI technologies into cloud-based platforms. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in full stack development and at least 2 years of practical exposure to AI/ML tools and cloud services. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI-driven applications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of intelligent, scalable enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using JavaScript and modern frameworks (Node.js, React, Angular, etc.). Integrate AI technologies (including LLMs and Azure AI/ML) into cloud-based and SaaS platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Azure). Lead or significantly contribute to projects embedding AI features into enterprise applications. Develop, implement, and maintain AI governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards. Analyse and interpret complex data to drive project and technology decisions in AI/ML contexts. Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and proactively incorporate them into ongoing and new projects. Collaborate with multi-functional teams (Product, Data Science, DevOps or equivalent experience) to deliver robust, scalable solutions. Ensure seamless integration of AI modules with JavaScript-based front-end and back-end systems. Define technical requirements for AI models and algorithms, working closely with multi-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Implement AI technologies to improve employee productivity, using metrics to support predictions, recommendations, and growth strategies. Required Experience & Skills: Full Stack Development: 3+ years? experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Node.js etc), with a strong emphasis on JavaScript and its ecosystem. JavaScript Expertise: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript, including asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration. AI Integration: Demonstrable hands-on 2+ years of experience integrating AI/ML features into cloud-based platforms (preferably ServiceNow or similar). Cloud Platforms: Strong experience with Azure (Azure ML, Azure AI, Cognitive Services) and cloud-native architectures. LLMs & AI Tools: Practical knowledge of Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, etc.), including prompt engineering and deployment. AI Governance: Experience developing and implementing AI governance frameworks, with a focus on ethics, compliance, and risk management. Data-Driven Decision Making: Proven ability to analyse data and use insights to guide project direction and technology choices. Continuous Learning: Evidence of knowing the latest with AI trends (courses, conferences, journals) and applying new knowledge to real-world projects. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to document, present, and explain complex AI solutions to technical and non-technical partners.
