Your Role And Responsibilities The IBM Asset lifecycle management (ALM) software business unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Developers to work on the IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS) family of products. In this role as a Backend/Fullstack GenAI developer, you will closely collaborate with other developers, UX designers and product managers using Scrum agile methodology, to develop new product capabilities and enhance existing features of the MAS applications. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an industry leading Enterprise Asset Management suite of products, together with a large and international team of very talented engineers Required Technical And Professional Expertise 8+ years? experience in software development 3-5 years of working experience with Python/JAVA/JavaScript, other languages also considered. Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Ray) and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Tensorflow, Keras, SQL and Python, CI/CD and Docker essentials Hands-on experience building libraries and packages to be re-used by others Hands-on experience building AI Solutions for production usage Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques and algorithms and their drawbacks Expertise in building solutions using LLMs and other ML techniques. Design and implement Agentic AI workflows leveraging frameworks such as LangChain ReAct to orchestrate multi-step reasoning and decision-making. Develop integration patterns and automation pipelines to enable seamless orchestration of agents, data services, and APIs within scalable architectures. Expertise in vision, language models, optimization, or advanced machine learning techniques and large language models Experience in delivering advanced analytical projects to large, complex organizations in a multi-functional environment. Able to challenge and review the quality and value generated from analytical outputs
