Your Role And Responsibilities The IBM Asset Lifecycle Management (ALM) Software and Solutions unit is seeking talented and motivated Software Developer to work on the Maximo Real Estate and Facilities/TRIRIGA family of products. In this role as a lead Lease Accounting developer, you will closely collaborate with other developers, designers, and product managers using Scrum agile methodology, to develop new product capabilities and enhance existing features of the Lease Accounting application. This is an exciting opportunity to work on an industry leading Enterprise Asset and Facility Management suite of products, together with a large and international team of very talented engineers. Preferred Education Master's Degree Required Technical And Professional Expertise 10+ years of experience in TRIRIGA Lease Accounting and Lease Administration. Extensive knowledge in TRIRIGA platform development components. Act as a Subject Matter Expert in Real Estate Lease Accounting and Administration. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Customization, implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the TRIRIGA Lease Accounting Application. Engage and manage customer escalations. Provide guidance to team. Collaborate with support/team members to accomplish work efficiently. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail. Develop and maintain documentation on system processes and procedures, including user manuals. Preferred Technical And Professional Experience Agile development experience Communication and teamwork collaboration Experience in SQL and TRIRIGA database knowledge is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and Word. Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into system configuration. Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any issues or defects identified in the system. Experience in the following areas: JavsScript (React/Next.js), HTML/CSS, Design (Figma, Carbon Design), Github, etc
