Software Developer – Full-Stack (SDE I / Early SDE II) Overview Wiseshift is building a next-generation B2B commerce and inventory automation platform for FMCG businesses - bridging physical supply chains with digital intelligence. We’re seeking a Full-Stack Developer on WiseShift’s platform. This role is ideal for someone who loves building features end-to-end (API + UI), learns fast, and is excited to accelerate their growth and delivery. Role Type Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka Duration: Full-time Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. Hybrid: 3 to 4 days on-site at our Bangalore office and 1 to 2 days remote (work from home). We follow a flexible hybrid schedule focused on outcomes, not hours. During major releases or critical phases, team members may need to collaborate beyond standard workdays to ensure timely delivery and quality - like any fast-moving startup, we value ownership and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Implement frontend modules in Next.js (React 19) and React Native for mobile. Build and integrate with backend REST APIs using Axios/Fetch . Develop CRUD features for Inventory, Orders, and Reports. Write SQL queries and maintain Sequelize models under guidance. Generate and test PDF/Excel reports using libraries (Excel.js, PDFKit). Collaborate asynchronously using pull requests and documented discussions. Assist in refactoring, linting, and ensuring consistent code quality. Participate in testing and bug triage with QA / consultant. Opportunity to grow into module ownership roles as platform scales. Tech Stack Frontend: Next.js 15, React 19, Tailwind CSS Mobile: React Native, Redux Toolkit / Redux Saga Backend: Node.js (Express), Sequelize ORM Database: PostgreSQL Collaboration: GitHub, Notion, Slack, Zoom/Teams Plus : Flexibility to experiment with emerging tools and frameworks as the platform evolves. Qualifications 1.5 - 3 years of professional, production-level experience in full-stack or frontend development (internship-only experience will not qualify). Good command of JavaScript / TypeScript and React / Next.js . Familiarity with Node.js and SQL fundamentals . Exposure to REST API integration and authentication flows. Excellent communication and self-organization skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines. Comfortable taking ownership of tasks while collaborating asynchronously across teams. Eagerness to learn new-generation technologies and contribute to real product decisions. Openness to feedback, documentation, and continuous improvement. Experience with Tailwind CSS and responsive design. Interest in backend logic or data modeling. Exposure to ERPs or inventory management systems , especially in FMCG or retail domains. Understanding of supply chain and accounting workflows  Familiarity with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) standards for B2B data exchange.
