We offer the l argest supply of pre-approved digital EMI credit lines (64M+) helping drive best-in-class digital affordability coverage and conversion for our merchants and brand customers. To power the next phase of Flexmoney?s growth we have expanded our platform capabilities dramatically. In addition to our market-leading Online Digital EMI platform, InstaCredTM 360, Flexmoney?s NEW omni-channel Affordability Suite now enables sales associate-assisted affordability journeys across all channels - in-store, via tele-callers and also for face-to-face agent sales. The InstaCredTM 360 Affordability Suite will enable Flexmoney to deliver omni-channel affordability solutions to merchants for finance-led segments such as Edtech, Travel, Home, Insurance, Mobiles, Home, Health & Wellness etc Job Role: We are looking for smart, passionate, humble SDE 1 with a solid technical mindset to join our team and help build, improve & manage the key product and technology initiatives of the Organization Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai (Work from Office) Key Responsibilities ? Take end-to-end ownership of key product and technology initiatives, from design and specification to development, testing, and launch. ? Develop and test product or system code. ? Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to determine the best technologies. ? Review code from other developers, providing feedback on best practices, including style guidelines, checking code in, accuracy, testability, and efficiency. ? Create and update documentation or educational content based on product/program updates and user feedback. ? Analyze, debug, track, and resolve product or system issues by identifying their sources and impact on hardware, network, service operations, and quality. Requirements & Qualifications ? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. ? 2-3 years of development experience. ? Ability to effectively understand, prioritize, and translate product and business requirements into technical solutions. ? Experience with technologies such as AWS/Google Cloud, Relational or NoSQL Databases, Messaging Queues, and Multiple-Service architectures. ? Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment. ?
