We are looking for an experienced Soft Skills Trainer with 5+ years of training experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about developing individuals into confident, employable professionals through engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver impactful Soft Skills training programs for students, fresh graduates, and working professionals.
• Conduct engaging sessions on:
• Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
• Public Speaking & Presentation Skills
• Personality Development
• Business Communication
• Interview Skills & Mock Interviews
• Resume Building
• Corporate Etiquette & Professional Grooming
• Leadership & Team Building
• Time Management & Productivity
• Emotional Intelligence
• Conflict Resolution & Workplace Ethics
• Conduct aptitude-building, group discussions, role plays, case studies, and interactive activities.
• Prepare students for campus placements and corporate interviews.
• Assess trainees through assignments, evaluations, and feedback sessions.
• Customize training programs based on learner requirements and industry expectations.
• Collaborate with the Placement Team to improve students' employability.
• Develop training materials, presentations, worksheets, and assessment tools.
• Stay updated with current industry trends and incorporate best training practices.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding presentation and facilitation abilities.
• Strong command of spoken English (Malayalam proficiency is preferred).
• Ability to engage large groups with confidence.
• Strong interpersonal and mentoring skills.
• Creative approach to training delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Experience using online training platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, Management, or a related discipline.
• Certification in Train the Trainer (TTT), Soft Skills Training, or Learning & Development is an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer.
• Prior experience in corporate training, educational institutions, training academies, or Learning & Development functions is preferred.
• Experience in conducting placement training and employability programs will be an added advantage.
