Job Location : Kochi

Reporting to : Technical Lead

Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior MERN Stack Developer with strong hands-on experience in PHP to support modern web application development along with legacy or third-party PHP integrations.
This role requires deep expertise in React and Node.js, plus the ability to build/maintain PHP modules, APIs, or integrations in parallel.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
Work hands-on with PHP (Laravel/CodeIgniter/Core PHP) for integrations, enhancements, or supporting existing modules.
Build and integrate REST APIs across Node.js services and PHP systems.
Work with SQL Server (queries, stored procedures, reporting, performance tuning) and MongoDB as needed.
Implement authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices across systems.
Collaborate with QA/DevOps for CI/CD, deployments, and environment readiness.
Troubleshoot issues across React, Node, PHP, and database layers; perform RCA and implement fixes.

Skills & Experience

6+ years of experience in MERN stack development.
Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
Hands-on PHP experience (framework or core) with real project delivery.
Strong experience with SQL Server and MongoDB.
Solid understanding of REST APIs, integration patterns, and security best practices.
Experience with Git and CI/CD workflows.

Hands-On Integration

Nice to Have :

Experience with microservices, message queues, and caching (Redis).
Cloud exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
TypeScript, testing frameworks, performance profiling, and observability tools.
